1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Account registration & eligibility

3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

75bde's bonus and promotion offers create exciting opportunities for players. However, each offer carries specific terms that should be read carefully.

General Bonus Rules

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the specified wagering requirement (typically 30x–50x) must be met.

4 Deposit & withdrawal policy

Deposit

• Deposits are generally instant — though minor delays may occur due to technical reasons.
• Please use the correct reference number when making a deposit, or your credit may be delayed.

Withdraw

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may take 1–3 business days to process.
• 75bde reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

5 Gaming rules

All games on 75bde are certified by international RNG (Random Number Generator) standards, ensuring every outcome is entirely random and unbiased.

• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, 75bde reserves the right to void the round and refund the wager.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined based on the server record.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error will be considered void.
• The dealer's decision in Live Casino games is final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Organized group betting aimed at exploiting the bonus system (Arbitrage or Bonus Hunting).
• Money laundering or transacting with funds derived from illegal activity.
• Hacking, cracking, or any technical manipulation of the platform's software.

9 Account closure & suspension

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

10 Limitation of liability

75bde is not liable for the following:

• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Issues caused by your device or software.
• Indirect losses resulting from unexpected technical errors.

11 Dispute Resolution

For any complaints or disputes, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–72 hours.

If your issue cannot be resolved through support, you have the right to file a complaint with our licensing authority. In any dispute, 75bde's server logs and records will serve as the final evidence.

12 Changes to Terms

75bde reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, you will be notified via your registered email or through a platform notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
